There are many questions that we are asked almost daily, so we put together this section to help answer some of the most common!

Q: How do I order?

A: Place your order right here on our website! Here is a bit more information about the order process: click here.

 

Q: Where do I put in my wording?

A: No wording is necessary to place your order. We will contact you after your order is processed to get color and wording information. That means, you can still take advantage of our special deals even if you aren't ready with your invitation wording.

Q. Can you do custom design?

A. Absolutely! Email us with your thoughts and we can give you an estimate on price. We have a staff of designers that loves taking on custom projects.

 

Q. Do you ship to ___________ ?

A. We are located in the United States and do ship to all 50 States. We have also shipped to Canada and Australia in the past. We are open to shipping to additional countries, but ask that you email us first for a shipping estimate. The customer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs. 


Q. Why is shipping so expensive?

A. We ship our invitation orders with insurance and signature required for everyone's safety. Our printed invitations tend to be heavy and require larger boxes and occasionally two boxes.

 

Q. Do you have a store that I can come and visit?

A. We do not have a brick and mortar store at this time (although we are working on that!) If you are in the Indianapolis area, please email us and we can set up a time to meet with you for a consultation if you'd like.

 

Q. Where do I put in my discount code?

A. Once you pass the payment screen where you type in your payment info, you will be taken to the next screen, and the discount code box will be there. As a side note, we don't often have discount codes, but when we do, we try to post them on RetailMeNot.

 

Q. My friend designed our invitations but we want them to be letterpress printed. Can you do that?

A. In most cases, yes. Some designers are not familiar with the letterpress printing process and may not know what we can and can't do. Additionally, the design needs to be a vector generated file for us to create printing plates. Please email us for more information and pricing. We do conduct a pre-press review and reserve the right to refuse orders due to lack of suitability for letterpress.
